Matt Hainline
Chief Executive Officer
Matt began his career in project development in Newport Beach. As VP, built-out several shopping centers totaling over 400k square feet.
He later opened his own small development company in San Luis Obispo where he built out subdivisions and other multifamily projects.
Matt moved on to become VP of Development for various projects based in Idaho, California, and Utah, with land ranging from 20 to 850 acres.
He started a multi-million dollar medical construction company in Southern California and was the primary contractor for FHP. Matt has relocated to Texas, where he now develops multi-family apartments.
